Top Hotels & Travel Affiliate Program - LittlHeaven Partner

Welcome to the LittlHeaven Partner Program!

We’re excited to welcome you as one of our esteemed partners! As you embark on this journey with us, we want to ensure you have all the tools for success. Whether you're new to hotel marketing or a seasoned expert, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know about partnering with LittlHeaven.

First, let’s break down the types of partners we have:

  • Remote Account Manager: Refer hotels to us (ideal for non-hoteliers).

  • Remote Hotel Marketing Consultant: Refer hotels and attend virtual meetings with hoteliers to close deals (great for former hoteliers).

  • Marketing Partner: Collaborate with us as a business owner or senior hotelier to convert more clients at your convenience. (perfect for business owners and senior hotel management).

Note: The commission structure in question 10 applies to Account Managers referring hotels. If you’re a Consultant or Partner, we’ll discuss commissions directly with you.

Now, let’s dive into the details so you can get started strong!

1- What makes LittlHeaven different from other hotel marketing agencies?

Our Service:

  • We work on a performance-based model, meaning we only make money when the hotel makes money first.

  • We specialize in hotels, excluding other hospitality sectors like travel agencies and restaurants.

  • As hotel marketing experts, we know what each hotel category needs.

    • Pre-opening hotels need full-service digital marketing.

    • Established 5-star hotels need performance ads that generate bookings, not just views and likes.

Our Pricing:

  • We are the only hotel marketing agency that offers a fully performance-based service.

  • The initial one-time fee /lifetime covers:

    • Tech setup

    • Advertising

    • Collaboration with partners and affiliates

  • In the Performance ads package, the hotel pays for ads budget only as agreed.

  • 30-day refund guarantee: If a hotel doesn’t see results in the first month, we’ll refund the initial investment. (Though we've never had to—our expertise speaks for itself!)

2- What are the unique selling points of LittlHeaven’s partner program?

  • Lifetime Commissions: You get paid for every hotel you bring in—no cookie expiration.

  • No Complexity: No CRM, no email campaigns—just direct people-to-people marketing through DMs.

  • No Refunds: Once a client pays, your commission is locked in.

  • Exclusivity: Our program is invite-only; we handpick our partners.

  • High Commissions: First-tier starts at $100 per referral, scaling up to $1000.

3- What is my job role?

You will refer hotels to purchase our “performance ads” package. A presentation link will be sent to you upon acceptance. No need for calls, e-meetings, or CRMs.

You will send LinkedIn messages to key decision-makers in hotels to gauge their interest in our marketing services. (a detailed guide on how to get started will be provided.)

Our hotel performance ads package is our most in-demand, affordable, and easiest-to-sell service. Hotels pay a one-time fee, and you earn full commission as outlined. The hotel’s budget does not affect your commissions. (explained in question 10)

4- Are there specific types of hotels that are more interested in collaborating with LittlHeaven?

We initially targeted luxury hotels, but now we're expanding to all categories. Many hotels already have a marketing team, but 95% of them have never tested the power of paid ads. Over 70% partner with agencies focused on social media and influencers. Ads should be your magic word.

5- What is the current conversion rate, and what are the common objections or challenges?

Conversion rates depend on your personal brand. If your profile is professional, you can achieve a 90% conversion rate. The main challenge is not our service; it’s how partners present themselves. We have a proven track record, but clients with significant budgets won’t take you seriously if you come across as a typical salesperson.

6- What support is available to maximize conversions?

One you agree to join the partner program: (probation period)

  • Partner guide for how to reach hotels and convert easily.

  • The Performance Ads presentation to send for hotels.

If you managed to get at least 1 hotel in the first 30 days:

  • A dedicated hotel marketing expert to guide you.

  • Premium resources for building authority on LinkedIn.

  • Monthly e-meeting to scale your commissions.

7- Which regions should we focus on more aggressively in the coming months?

We plan to target hotels in EU countries—specifically, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, and the United Kingdom. However, never neglect your local market. Combine strategies by prioritizing your own region first and expanding from there.

For example, if you're based in Brazil, your target audience should be:

  1. Brazil

  2. Latin America

  3. One EU country.

8- Do you have a specific target market?

The golden rule is: Never assume where the target audience is. Our services can be beneficial for hotels anywhere. However, we strongly recommend partners focus on hotels within their own market, as they understand the culture and language nuances better than anyone else.

For example, if you're from Spain, start with Spain and expand to Latin America.

9- What challenges have you faced when converting hotels through LinkedIn, and how can I overcome them in my outreach strategy?

Here are three main challenges:

  1. Your LinkedIn profile needs to be professional. We provide banners and recommendations for your profile when you join our team.

  2. Gatekeepers: Avoid reaching out only to the Marketing & Sales team. Start with the GM or Managing Director (C-Level), then proceed to the Marketing & Sales team, and finally to front office and reception staff (e.g., those who answer emails like info@hotel.com).

  3. Compliment the team before offering your services. Position yourself as an authority by asking insightful questions. Remember, your title on LinkedIn should be Hotel Marketing Consultant / Account Manager—not affiliate.

10- What is the commission structure and how are payouts handled?

Commission structure for account managers

Regular Lifetime Structure:

  • $100 per hotel for 1-4 hotels

  • $200 per hotel for 5-20 hotels

  • $400 per hotel for 21-50 hotels

  • $800 per hotel for 51-100 hotels

  • $1000 per hotel for 100+ hotels

Bonus Single Month Structure:

  • Additional $100 per hotel for referring more than 4 hotels in a single month.

Example Calculation:

  • For 7 hotels in 1 month:

    • Hotels 1 to 4: $100 each

      • 4 hotels x $100 = $400

    • Hotels 5 to 7: $200 each

      • 3 hotels x $200 = $600

    • Bonus:

      • Since you referred more than 4 hotels, you get an additional $100 per hotel for the 3 extra hotels.

      • 3 hotels x $100 = $300

Total Earnings:

  • Regular Commission: $400 (for 1-4 hotels) + $600 (for 5-7 hotels) = $1000

  • Bonus: $300 (for the additional 3 hotels)

  • Grand Total: $1000 + $300 = $1300

Note: The commission structure above applies to Account Managers referring hotels. If you’re a Consultant or Partner, we’ll discuss commissions directly with you.

Payout Details

Payout Methods: We use PayPal, Payoneer, and Wise. Set up accounts with all three platforms after securing your first client. (we will help you with this later)

We’ll direct payments according to the client’s location and currency to minimize fee deductions, ensuring you receive your full earnings.

Payout Timing: Commissions are paid within 10 business days following the client's payment.

11- What other benefits exist for premium partners?

If you bring in two hotels per month or 30 hotels per year, you become a premium partner, with benefits including:

  • Leadership opportunities

  • The ability to sell additional packages

  • Access to high-ticket sales and marketing courses to enhance your skills.

12- What should I do to start with you right now?

  1. Confirm your interest in the program. Email care@littlheaven.com

  2. We will then provide you with a guide on how to refer hotels on LinkedIn.

  3. Once you’ve applied and have a client interested in a pricing offer, we’ll handle the rest and keep you updated.

  4. You will also receive all the support outlined in Question 6.
